welcom to my blog. i dunno whom 2 talk to about company hodlife aka hod.life  so im venting my situation in small blog.  my persnal exp at hodlife was very full of pain. i was googleing for hodlife and what i found ? i am not alone.

what i feel abt joining nd leaving hodlife? same as image below-

why im thinking this? bcoz i workd for long time with hodlife/hod.life or stylishly they call it #hodlife whatever it is. not evn right offer letter was given to me but still I was good loyal employee who worked day n night for campany but they just treat me like insect and throw me away. 

i wish anyone told me before joining to not make that mistake of joining hodlife and it will be ur life biggest mistake in ur life but no one said it. Thres nothing in the campany except bad bad ppl now, d most incapable ppl who cum from rich family in south mumbai and nvr have need for money because of rich dads nd many properties i wish i also had sum properties lyk that. they dont know middil class problem so they think everyone should have money.

They delay all staff salarys by 5 month nd they behave lyk we r slaves. Thy ask u 2 spnd frm pocket 4 office xpenses and very late reimbursement. They think its employees Goodluck to spend on company lyk mandir ka hundi and everytime u have to give full bills information and wait for many weeks to get u r own money bak from hod.life, foreget salary even ur money is gone n U have 2 keep begging manager for everything, and managers are in ceo and coo rich people trance nd think they are sum minister n phlebos guyz r treatment like slave nd  hav to go lyk worse than courier boy lyf in hot sun n destroy ur health nd wast money.

Company has no thankfulness 4 anywork or anyone. Managers and higher management are full of arrogance nd they think evry1 who work at hodlife is their slave and kaambaai nd that the hq team is 2 gud for anyone in entire world. I want to ask 1 question 2 them, if u r so gud, why u npt pay salary for 5 mths nd why u r nt settling dues of many employees nd why almost 100 ppl left company recently. many ppl r depressed nd sad nd losed hopes nd dont have any money and having hard time finding jobs. sad u made many ppl lose valuable time nd family relations nd u dont evn care. everyone thinking its biggest mistake of life to be with hodlife nd top2 management they tell all lies and fooled everyone. 

Better 2 talk less abt management because always good to talk less about incappable persons. One top management person who keeps shouting at every1 everyday in call she has no experience at all . Before this job shes work nowwhere as manager nd in website https://www.hod.life she put herself as 12 year experienced which is full lies. i checkd  in linkedin and aboutus page https://www.hod.life/about-us.html. she have no right to be team lead also why she became coo i dont know.

she have no experience nd she try 2 act lyk she cum frm sky to save HODLife. In real the two south mumbai musketers in hodlife head office feel lyk they r stevejobs. They are complete frauds nd full oscar actors who dont pay employee but they go on foreign trips with cpmpany money. Because of their badness so many members even original members also leave company with disgust. If ask anyone they tell same thing. All good ppl left company because of this unethical nd selfish act of management. Now whomever s lft is useless and jobless ppl who cant find jobs anywhere except HODlife because they r also hopeless.  

HODlife or hod.life or health on demand or #hodlife whatever they call it, when i  joined that company means my hardships started and life is troubled, worst job in my life

i wish i did not work for this company who dont respect anyone in work environment. hodlife is health based and wellness based company but hodlife itself is toxic nd destroy persons life nd career. maybe i could enquire properly from old employees before joining and made decision. now i have no job and no money and even if i join job it take 1 month to get salary how i live and how my parents and family survive wit no money i dont know.

i hope someone listen to me nd share my pain nd tell management that they try to do honest work nd dont cheat employees of salary who r lyk family members.

i will keep trying maybe i get job soon in sum decent company, not like hod.life and i will have normal life soon with gods help. i am begging god to help me soon.
